High Dynamic Range (HDR) images generaly contain more detail in the shadow and highlight range of the final image and requires extra steps to create. Two methods are used to produce HDR images: HDR (from bracketed shots) and Pseudo HDR (from single RAW images). Normally genuine HDR images are used by 3D artists to cast reflections and shadows, it is also know as IBL or Image Based Lighting in 3d Scenes.

Ultra High Definition (UHD) Panoramic tours 100-800 million pixels UHD Panoramas are much bigger than the Virtual Reality (VR) High Definition (HD) Images and contains at least a 500% to 1000% more detail in pixels depending on the shooting method being used. Various partial panoramas can be cropped from the final image for printing purposes or display purposes.

Hosting and Marketing of your images and content We market and host your content on your behalf. Basic listings on the GoVisit.net directory will get automatic exposure to different platforms like Facebook, Google and other Search Engines. If you require additional marketing through Google adword campaigns you should contact us for a quote. Initially we will be hosting Panorama VR images but as development of the GoVisit platorm progress we will make more services available to you. This is an exclusive directory and only high quality work will be accepted for inclusion. Be sure to use the services of a professional Virtual Reality Photographer to capture your images. See our list of photographers. Images supplied to us must be at least 8000x4000 pixels exactly.

* Includes VAT 14%. * Every image has a threshold of 1Gig data transfer per month. Should an image exceed this threshold an additional charge of R5.00 might be levied per Gigabyte per image per month. This will be calculated on an average filesize of 1.5 to 2 megabytes per image thus meaning 750 views would be approximately 1 Gigabyte. * Additional fees will be charged to add common photographs, sound, video. Please contact us for pricing. * To run google adword campaigns you should contact us for advice or a quote. * We also provide standalone websites for your content outside the GoVisit directory layout scheme.

In addition to virtual photography GoVisit.net also produces standalone websites, virtual tours based on maps and floorplans. Examples of virtual tour floorplans will be provided soon. To get listed on Govisit.net you need to have content that was created by a Virtual Tour Photographer. a Virtual Tour Photographer is like a normal photographer but uses different techniques and software tools to create content that will be compatible with this website. Therefore simply taking your own pictures and sending it to us will not work unless you know how to create equirectangular images or are in possession of compatible content that was created by a Virtual Tour Photographer. We reserve the right to keep quality as high as possible and therefore recommend that you use one of our photographers to come to your establishment to capture and create the images for you.

The photographers operate on there own and can be contracted to do additional photography and provide additional services that can be used on other websites, printed media, CDROM etc. With this in mind there will be different fees charged by the individual photographers and or subcontracted companies. a General price guideline has been drawn up but is not set in stone due to the fact that Virtual Tour image creation is a complicated process and requires a rather skilled person/s to perform the task. For this reason a final price has to be negotiated with a Virtual Tour Photographer before any work is started due to fact the we all use different equipment and software tools to create our images. GoVisit.net and its photographers belongs to an association of Virtual Tour Professionals operating in South Africa. The association created a simple pricelist as a guideline for creating images that will be acceptable for use on the internet and on GoVisit.net.
